William T. Nolan

President & Founder

Founded Devonshire Holdings, Inc. in 1989 after a successful career in corporate finance, capital markets and restructurings. A seasoned investment banker and CEO, he earned a BA from Tulane University and MBA from Harvard Business School. He is the author of “The Wealth of Enterprises: A New Foundation for Economics and Management”.

Thomas C. Arata

Managing Director

Mr. Arata is a Managing Director of Devonshire, oversees Devonshire’s New Orleans office and is responsible for due diligence activities and the development of financial models and operating pro formas. Mr. Arata has also helped to design and develop sophisticated Financial Modeling software that automates much of the process of building financials for startup companies or business expansions.

Dr. T.H. Tsiang

Managing Director

A MIT educated leading aeronautics and composites expert. Background includes operations, lean production, FAA certification, supply chain management and new joint venture business in the aircraft industry. Have made key contributions developing aircraft, rockets, spacecraft, sporting and medical composite products.


Patrick J. Dealy

Advisor

After nearly two decades as a research analyst and portfolio manager at Merrill Lynch, UBS, and SG Cowen, Mr. Dealy formed a private limited partnership to provide capital funding and advisory services for growth stage companies. He has also performed significant roles in operating and turn-around management. He holds a BA from Connecticut College in History and an MBA in Finance from Columbia University.

Robert J. Rosenberg

Advisor

Robert Rosenberg joined Devonshire in 2013 as Advisor after a most distinguished legal career specialized in insolvency and corporate reorganization. He was the Global Co-Head of the Insolvency Practice Group at Latham & Watkins from 1985 to 2008 and Partner until his retirement in 2012. He has published several books and numerous articles and was recognized as “One of the world’s 20 leading insolvency lawyers in Euromoney’s Best of the Best”.
